Income-independent scholarship supporting talented and engaged students of all nationalities. Emphasizes talent promotion rather than elite promotion. Considers academic performance, societal engagement, and overcoming biographical hurdles from family or cultural background.

1,000 Euros per semester

Scholarship financed from foundation's own funds and donations with specific objectives, aimed at supporting students in their first or second semester.

500 Euros (one-time, winter semester 2025/26). Total of 16 scholarships awarded.

One-time scholarship from the State of Lower Saxony supporting particularly talented young people from educationally disadvantaged backgrounds, first-generation students, and students facing difficult conditions due to flight. Additional scholarships awarded for special personal circumstances or outstanding voluntary work.

3,000 Euros total over 24 months (750 Euros per semester for 4 semesters)

Scholarship from the Förderkreis der Musikhochschule Hannover supporting financially needy Bachelor graduates continuing Master's studies at HMTMH.

1,200 Euros monthly

Scholarship for doctoral research at the Research Center for Music and Gender (Forschungszentrum Musik und Gender) at HMTMH, supporting 12-month research projects with option for one-year extension.
